公司召開2020前半年成本分析會

節能績效辦主任(ren)趙生(sheng)啟就(jiu)公(gong)司前半(ban)年(nian)(nian)生(sheng)產成本分析作(zuo)了詳(xiang)細(xi)匯報。前半(ban)年(nian)(nian)公(gong)司生(sheng)產可(ke)控成本比(bi)(bi)全(quan)年(nian)(nian)控制目標(biao)計劃(hua)減(jian)少(shao)了6.12元(yuan)/噸(dun)焦,比(bi)(bi)去年(nian)(nian)全(quan)年(nian)(nian)減(jian)少(shao)9.75元(yuan)/噸(dun)焦,下(xia)降(jiang)了13.4%;比(bi)(bi)去年(nian)(nian)同期減(jian)少(shao)了13.29元(yuan)/噸(dun)焦,下(xia)降(jiang)了17.4%,超額(e)完成了公(gong)司前半(ban)年(nian)(nian)既定目標(biao)任(ren)務。


焦化一廠煉焦、化產車(che)間及公司備煤、動力、電氣等(deng)車(che)間部門主要(yao)負責人,對生(sheng)產成本結果和消(xiao)耗超(chao)標原因進行了(le)分析(xi),并(bing)提(ti)出相(xiang)應的(de)管(guan)控(kong)措施。


企管(guan)(guan)部(bu)部(bu)長(chang)楊虎生指出(chu),現(xian)在公(gong)司成(cheng)本(ben)(ben)(ben)(ben)(ben)管(guan)(guan)理(li)制度(du)體系已(yi)基(ji)本(ben)(ben)(ben)(ben)(ben)建(jian)立并(bing)付(fu)諸實施,降本(ben)(ben)(ben)(ben)(ben)增效工作取得了(le)階(jie)段性成(cheng)果,但仍存在一(yi)些問(wen)題(ti)與不足。他從四方面提出(chu)了(le)建(jian)設(she)性指導意見:一(yi)、在現(xian)有(you)成(cheng)本(ben)(ben)(ben)(ben)(ben)管(guan)(guan)理(li)制度(du)基(ji)礎上繼續完善和優化(hua)目標成(cheng)本(ben)(ben)(ben)(ben)(ben)計劃管(guan)(guan)理(li)制度(du)和成(cheng)本(ben)(ben)(ben)(ben)(ben)分析管(guan)(guan)理(li)制度(du),補充建(jian)立成(cheng)本(ben)(ben)(ben)(ben)(ben)信息化(hua)管(guan)(guan)理(li)制度(du)。二、成(cheng)本(ben)(ben)(ben)(ben)(ben)管(guan)(guan)理(li)要以目標和問(wen)題(ti)為導向(xiang),認真分析影響成(cheng)本(ben)(ben)(ben)(ben)(ben)管(guan)(guan)理(li)的(de)主客觀原因,做(zuo)到精確定性、精準(zhun)定量(liang),制定相應(ying)措施,并(bing)納(na)入成(cheng)本(ben)(ben)(ben)(ben)(ben)管(guan)(guan)理(li)考核序列(lie)。三、加大公(gong)司成(cheng)本(ben)(ben)(ben)(ben)(ben)管(guan)(guan)理(li)與業務(wu)知識(shi)培訓(xun)力度(du),提升(sheng)廣大干部(bu)與業務(wu)人員(yuan)的(de)成(cheng)本(ben)(ben)(ben)(ben)(ben)管(guan)(guan)理(li)水平和業務(wu)素質(zhi)。四、成(cheng)本(ben)(ben)(ben)(ben)(ben)管(guan)(guan)理(li)要加強各崗位消耗(hao)環節管(guan)(guan)控,做(zuo)到跟(gen)蹤(zong)調查、分析到位、精準(zhun)施策,圍(wei)繞全流程管(guan)(guan)控環節進(jin)行精益化(hua)管(guan)(guan)理(li)。


副總經理劉銘(ming)亮對(dui)公司下半(ban)年成(cheng)本管(guan)理工作(zuo)提出五個方面的要求:一要進(jin)一步(bu)加大水、電、蒸汽等能源性管(guan)控(kong)(kong)力(li)度,挖掘降(jiang)本潛力(li),提升(sheng)增效(xiao)(xiao)空間(jian)。二要繼續加大機物料管(guan)控(kong)(kong)力(li)度,通(tong)過(guo)開展(zhan)修舊利(li)廢活動(dong)(dong),使廢舊物料、配件充分利(li)用。三要嚴(yan)格控(kong)(kong)制辦(ban)公用品消耗,有效(xiao)(xiao)降(jiang)低辦(ban)公費(fei)用。四要轉變思維觀念,創新工作(zuo)思路(lu),與優秀(xiu)同行業對(dui)標(biao)交流,學(xue)習成(cheng)本管(guan)理先進(jin)經驗,以科技為引領,實現流程化(hua)(hua)、自動(dong)(dong)化(hua)(hua)作(zuo)業,降(jiang)低人、財(cai)、物成(cheng)本。五要進(jin)一步(bu)加強成(cheng)本精(jing)(jing)益化(hua)(hua)管(guan)理,客(ke)觀分析成(cheng)本升(sheng)降(jiang)原(yuan)因,確保成(cheng)本分析數(shu)據精(jing)(jing)確、措(cuo)施得(de)力(li)。
