公司召開2021年第一季度成本分析會發(fa)表時間(jian):2021-04-17 18:37 4月17日(ri)上午(wu),公(gong)司在(zai)辦公(gong)樓B座一(yi)層調度(du)會議室召開(kai)第一(yi)季(ji)度(du)成(cheng)本(ben)分析會,常務副(fu)總經理張軍主持,公(gong)司副(fu)總經理劉銘(ming)亮等相關領導(dao)及各車間、相關部(bu)門負責人(ren)參(can)加。 節(jie)(jie)能(neng)中心主任(ren)趙生(sheng)(sheng)啟就公(gong)司第(di)一(yi)(yi)季度生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)成(cheng)本(ben)分析(xi)作了(le)(le)(le)詳細匯報(bao)。報(bao)告指出,2021年(nian)度噸(dun)焦(jiao)可控(kong)費(fei)用(yong)目標計劃(hua)比2020年(nian)目標計劃(hua)減(jian)(jian)少3.4元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)/噸(dun)焦(jiao),下降5%,2021年(nian)第(di)一(yi)(yi)季度生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)可控(kong)成(cheng)本(ben)相(xiang)比目標值減(jian)(jian)少了(le)(le)(le)4.8元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)/噸(dun)焦(jiao),下降了(le)(le)(le)7.3%,比2020年(nian)同(tong)期減(jian)(jian)少了(le)(le)(le)9.8元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)/噸(dun)焦(jiao),下降了(le)(le)(le)13.9%,超(chao)額(e)完成(cheng)了(le)(le)(le)既(ji)定目標任(ren)務(wu)。報(bao)告對(dui)各核(he)算(suan)單元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)噸(dun)焦(jiao)費(fei)用(yong)以及(ji)新(xin)增項目成(cheng)本(ben)費(fei)用(yong)、中水(shui)投運后用(yong)水(shui)情(qing)況進(jin)(jin)(jin)行對(dui)比分析(xi),圍繞焦(jiao)炭產(chan)量因素、管(guan)(guan)理因素、市場因素等(deng),對(dui)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)成(cheng)本(ben)核(he)算(suan)結果(guo)和能(neng)耗(hao)(hao)指標升降原因進(jin)(jin)(jin)行了(le)(le)(le)客(ke)觀分析(xi)。同(tong)時,對(dui)第(di)一(yi)(yi)季度節(jie)(jie)能(neng)技改(gai)、修舊利廢情(qing)況進(jin)(jin)(jin)行了(le)(le)(le)通報(bao),并從規范能(neng)源使用(yong)、生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)物資管(guan)(guan)控(kong)以及(ji)建(jian)立(li)健全精細化管(guan)(guan)理制度等(deng)方面提(ti)(ti)出了(le)(le)(le)建(jian)議和改(gai)進(jin)(jin)(jin)措施(shi)。公(gong)司分管(guan)(guan)副總及(ji)車間(jian)、部門負(fu)責人(ren)結合實際,對(dui)生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)消耗(hao)(hao)和控(kong)制存(cun)在的問題及(ji)異常原因進(jin)(jin)(jin)行了(le)(le)(le)認真(zhen)分析(xi),并提(ti)(ti)出相(xiang)應(ying)管(guan)(guan)控(kong)措施(shi)。 劉銘亮(liang)針對公司下(xia)一步成(cheng)本管(guan)理(li)(li)工作提出四(si)(si)點要求:一是(shi)加(jia)強公司水(shui)資源(yuan)(yuan)使(shi)用(yong)管(guan)理(li)(li),在水(shui)平衡上細作文章(zhang),合理(li)(li)規劃和管(guan)控用(yong)水(shui),精(jing)準(zhun)核(he)算各種水(shui)資源(yuan)(yuan)用(yong)量(liang);二是(shi)要加(jia)大(da)修舊利廢(fei)(fei)(fei)管(guan)理(li)(li)力度,合理(li)(li)回(hui)收(shou)使(shi)用(yong)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)舊物資材料;三是(shi)加(jia)強廢(fei)(fei)(fei)品(pin)管(guan)理(li)(li)工作,設(she)立(li)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)品(pin)庫,建立(li)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)品(pin)處理(li)(li)制(zhi)度,杜絕(jue)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)舊資源(yuan)(yuan)浪費;四(si)(si)是(shi)4.3米焦爐拆卸下(xia)的廢(fei)(fei)(fei)舊物料必須由財務部折價后才可回(hui)收(shou)利用(yong),確保(bao)使(shi)用(yong)有價、核(he)算有據。 張軍作會(hui)議總結,并對(dui)公司(si)下一(yi)步成(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)工(gong)作作了重要強(qiang)調:一(yi)、形成(cheng)(cheng)思想共識,強(qiang)化成(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)管(guan)(guan)(guan)控(kong)(kong)主體責(ze)任。繼(ji)續(xu)引深節能降(jiang)耗(hao)、降(jiang)本(ben)增效(xiao)活動,使廣大(da)干部(bu)(bu)員工(gong)形成(cheng)(cheng)成(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)管(guan)(guan)(guan)控(kong)(kong)共識,壓實管(guan)(guan)(guan)控(kong)(kong)責(ze)任,提(ti)升成(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)水平,推動節能降(jiang)耗(hao)、降(jiang)本(ben)增效(xiao)工(gong)作邁上(shang)(shang)新(xin)臺階。二、加強(qiang)成(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)精細化管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li),抓(zhua)大(da)不放小。各車(che)間部(bu)(bu)門(men)在(zai)成(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)上(shang)(shang)要務實接地氣去(qu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li),查找管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)問題(ti),一(yi)對(dui)一(yi)地制定(ding)管(guan)(guan)(guan)控(kong)(kong)措施,堵塞(sai)各個環節管(guan)(guan)(guan)控(kong)(kong)漏(lou)洞。三(san)、樹(shu)立(li)安全(quan)紅(hong)線、環保(bao)底線、經(jing)營(ying)上(shang)(shang)線意(yi)識。防范和(he)化解安全(quan)環保(bao)各類風險,杜絕一(yi)切安全(quan)事故發生;在(zai)生產經(jing)營(ying)上(shang)(shang)苦練內(nei)功,追求上(shang)(shang)線。四(si)、強(qiang)化職能管(guan)(guan)(guan)控(kong)(kong),精準成(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)核算(suan)。節能中心、技術中心等相關職能部(bu)(bu)門(men)要深入生產一(yi)線,尋找生產消耗(hao)管(guan)(guan)(guan)控(kong)(kong)盲區(qu),制定(ding)相應措施和(he)管(guan)(guan)(guan)控(kong)(kong)流程,精準核算(suan)消耗(hao)數據(ju),為成(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)管(guan)(guan)(guan)控(kong)(kong)提(ti)供有效(xiao)的(de)數據(ju)和(he)辦法。
