7月12日,公司(si)在辦公樓A座五層(ceng)多功能(neng)培訓中心召開2021年(nian)前半年(nian)干(gan)部(bu)述職測(ce)評大會。會議(yi)由公司(si)黨總支書記馬弢主(zhu)持,公司(si)董(dong)事長馬越、常務(wu)副總經理張軍等(deng)領導班子(zi)成員(yuan)、中層(ceng)干(gan)部(bu)和工(gong)程技術人員(yuan)參加。 公司領導班子成(cheng)員、中(zhong)層(ceng)正職圍繞2021年(nian)上半年(nian)工作(zuo)目標(biao)任務完(wan)成(cheng)情(qing)況、崗位履(lv)職情(qing)況及(ji)下(xia)半年(nian)工作(zuo)思路和工作(zuo)計(ji)劃等內容(rong)分別進行(xing)了(le)(le)述職匯報,述職結束后,通過領導測(ce)評(ping)、中(zhong)層(ceng)自評(ping)與互評(ping)方式,按照德、能、勤、績、廉等十項測(ce)評(ping)標(biao)準進行(xing)了(le)(le)綜(zong)合評(ping)價。
