濃水零排放項目成功試投運發表時(shi)間:2023-01-21 17:25 為進(jin)(jin)一步加強公(gong)司環保(bao)(bao)項目建(jian)設(she)工作,扎實推(tui)進(jin)(jin)濃水(shui)(shui)零(ling)排放(fang)項目,實現資源無害(hai)化回收利(li)用,堅持“生態優先、綠色發(fa)展(zhan)”環保(bao)(bao)理(li)念(nian),按照(zhao)國家“十四五(wu)”節能規劃(hua),立(li)足公(gong)司實際(ji),在原有綜合水(shui)(shui)處理(li)系統(tong)的基礎上(shang),投資8300萬元,對(dui)焦化濃鹽水(shui)(shui)進(jin)(jin)一步深度處理(li),實現了廢水(shui)(shui)零(ling)排放(fang)目標。 高標準設計,高質量施(shi)工 該工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)于2022年2月(yue)15日(ri)完(wan)成(cheng)招標,中標單位選(xuan)用國內環保(bao)(bao)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)實力(li)最強、工(gong)(gong)藝設(she)計最優、施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)質量(liang)最高(gao)的江(jiang)蘇(su)鑫林環保(bao)(bao)設(she)備有(you)限公司。于3月(yue)7日(ri)開工(gong)(gong)建(jian)(jian)設(she),項(xiang)目建(jian)(jian)設(she)領(ling)導組成(cheng)員及(ji)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)技術人員根(gen)據(ju)新增脫(tuo)總氮(dan)處(chu)理系統(tong)(tong)、預(yu)處(chu)理系統(tong)(tong)、膜系統(tong)(tong)、蒸(zheng)發(fa)結晶系統(tong)(tong)、污(wu)泥壓濾(lv)系統(tong)(tong)、消(xiao)防(fang)設(she)施(shi)(shi)、電信設(she)施(shi)(shi)、管網(wang)設(she)施(shi)(shi)、供配(pei)電設(she)施(shi)(shi)、自動化(hua)控制系統(tong)(tong)等建(jian)(jian)設(she)內容,嚴格按照工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)實施(shi)(shi)進(jin)度、質量(liang)要求,安(an)穩推進(jin)。先后完(wan)成(cheng)零排放土建(jian)(jian)基礎工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)和(he)設(she)備管道安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang),脫(tuo)總氮(dan)系統(tong)(tong)進(jin)水調試,中水預(yu)處(chu)理及(ji)冷分鹽(yan)系統(tong)(tong)設(she)備管道安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang),多效蒸(zheng)發(fa)系統(tong)(tong)設(she)備管道安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang),工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)配(pei)套變壓器及(ji)配(pei)電柜安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)與送電,蒸(zheng)發(fa)結晶系統(tong)(tong)管道打(da)壓試漏,蒸(zheng)發(fa)冷凍廠房保(bao)(bao)溫(wen)(wen)彩鋼(gang)封閉(bi)及(ji)室內設(she)備管道保(bao)(bao)溫(wen)(wen)等工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),于2023年1月(yue)18日(ri)成(cheng)功實現試生產(chan)(chan)投運,生產(chan)(chan)出第一包氯化(hua)鈉產(chan)(chan)品。 工藝裝備先進(jin),環保(bao)節能效益凸顯 該項目工藝流程(cheng)主要通過除氟、除硬、除硅、除雜的(de)預處理(li)系統,再(zai)經過納濾(lv)反(fan)滲透,形(xing)成氯化鈉(na)與硫(liu)酸鈉(na)兩股物料(liao),分別(bie)進入(ru)三效循環(huan)蒸發器(qi),通過離心機分離出晶體,分別(bie)得(de)到純度(du)≥98.5%的(de)氯化鈉(na)和(he)純度(du)≥98.0%的(de)硫(liu)酸鈉(na)。預計(ji)年產氯化鈉(na)3770噸、硫(liu)酸鈉(na)3400噸,實(shi)現(xian)(xian)焦化系統廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)資源(yuan)無害化回收利(li)用,利(li)用率100%,年可節(jie)水(shui)(shui)125萬噸,為實(shi)現(xian)(xian)全部干熄焦提(ti)供了支撐(廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)工藝處理(li)全流程(cheng)費用折合噸焦35元(yuan)左右,干熄焦較(jiao)濕熄焦噸焦收益高150元(yuan)左右),具有顯(xian)著(zhu)的(de)經濟、環(huan)保、節(jie)能效益。 這些(xie)成績的取(qu)得,主要得益于集團(tuan)領導對環保發展戰(zhan)略超(chao)前的決策能(neng)力和工(gong)(gong)(gong)作部署、得益于參與工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)建(jian)設的各級管(guan)理者和工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)技術(shu)人員(yuan)精細化(hua)管(guan)理和精心施工(gong)(gong)(gong)、得益于施工(gong)(gong)(gong)作業人員(yuan)斗(dou)酷(ku)暑戰(zhan)嚴寒的辛勤(qin)付出。 實現超超低(di)排(pai)放,創(chuang)建“綠色(se)工廠(chang)” 濃水(shui)零排(pai)放(fang)項目(mu)的投運,標志著金(jin)達煤化工從(cong)根本上解決了污水(shui)零排(pai)放(fang)問題,實(shi)現(xian)(xian)了企業環(huan)(huan)保建(jian)設工作的閉環(huan)(huan)管理,在焦化廢水(shui)處理技術領(ling)域實(shi)現(xian)(xian)了全(quan)新突破,環(huan)(huan)保深度治理水(shui)平(ping)達到了新的高度,將(jiang)為公司(si)環(huan)(huan)保績效評(ping)A、實(shi)現(xian)(xian)超超低排(pai)放(fang),創建(jian)國家“綠色工廠”奠定了堅(jian)實(shi)的環(huan)(huan)保硬件基礎(chu)。 公司要(yao)求,濃水(shui)項(xiang)目領(ling)導組成員,要(yao)在試生產投(tou)運的基礎上,繼續加(jia)大(da)管理力度,查缺(que)補漏,完(wan)善(shan)項(xiang)目掃尾工程(cheng),力爭2023年一季度完(wan)成項(xiang)目設備標(biao)識及可視(shi)化定置管理工作,實(shi)現(xian)區域(yu)硬化、亮化、美化建設目標(biao)。 公司希望全體(ti)干(gan)部(bu)員(yuan)工(gong),以此為契機,在環(huan)保硬件(jian)設施(shi)完善的基礎上,把環(huan)保的重點工(gong)作放在精細化管(guan)理上,繼續加大(da)(da)環(huan)保深度治理力(li)(li)度,同(tong)時,要大(da)(da)膽創新思(si)維,轉變觀念,把上級(ji)部(bu)門領導的每(mei)一次檢查,作為對(dui)我(wo)公司環(huan)保工(gong)作的檢閱和指導,為推進公司環(huan)保事業的高質量發展而(er)奮力(li)(li)拼(pin)搏(bo)。
